Reception

• We have well-furnished space with adequate waiting lounge and experienced staff to guide the patients.
• Screening and registration process will be carried out for which patients should provide basic details.
• In emergencies, patients are prioritized based on the severity of their condition.

Registration and Screening Process

• Upon the arrival of Patient/Guest they should report to the registration desk and need to provide personal information and identification.
• Later patient is sent to screening desk.
• Initial assessment and vital signs examination is carried out by staff nurse.
• A complete medical history form detailing past illnesses, surgeries, medications and allergies details are noted.
• After the complete evaluation in screening desk patient will be guided to particular OPD’s.
